A Leader Driven by Purpose & Passion
Deja Monique Foster is an educator, business professional, nonprofit leader, digital creator, and community advocate based in Cleveland, Ohio.
She serves as the CEO of the Justis League for Aleja Foundation, where she leads initiatives focused on healthcare awareness, education, youth development, community outreach, and healing through the performing arts.

Aleja Joni Foster-Farmer
Courageously battled Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). She spent nine months in the hospital, underwent three bone marrow transplants, and despite her incredible strength, passed away at the age of seven.
Although her life was brief, her impact continues to inspire hope, healing, compassion, and advocacy.
